No bunny will be placed on hold under any circumstance without 50% deposit payment down. Choosing to purchase one of our rabbits means you agree with the asking price. NO bartering! Pricing is based upon quality of said rabbit, Show quality, Brood/Retired or Pet Quality. Availability and pricing may change at any given time, at Breeder’s discretion. We cannot guarantee how well a show quality rabbit will do on the show table and that the rabbit will breed and have successful litters.
When we sell a rabbit, it will be advertised as either show, brood, or pet quality.
Pet quality rabbits will not be sold with a pedigree and are not to be bred.
We cannot guarantee a rabbit will remain show quality, place highly in shows, or retain mane. Mane retention and quality have to do with many factors which are out of our control once the rabbit leaves our herd.
All rabbits are from fully pedigreed lines. Pedigrees will only be given if the buyer requests, and ONLY at the breeders discretion.
No bunny will be placed on hold under any circumstance without any form of payment and approval from Aurora Dream Rabbitry. When the rabbit is placed on hold with a deposit (50% of full price), arrangements to finalize payment and pick up will be made. If the bunny is not picked up, the deposit will not be refundable and said rabbit will be made available again. All bunnies purchased must be picked up within 48 hours of sale, unless other arrangements are agreed upon.
Please be mindful, all deposits and payments will not be refundable under any circumstances for obvious reasons. Deposits made on the following instance such as: on the wrong bunny, allergies, not as described (bunnies are purchased in person or online with various photos), can no longer keep them, bored with bunnies, no longer want them, landlord/rental pet policy disagreements," I accidentally purchased the bunny",child grabbed card and paid for bunny, I'm located in another state and can't afford to pick up rabbit, "I wanted the bunny but my boyfriend/girlfriend/spouse/roommate/landlord/housemate said no", accidentally finished paying off someone else's bunny, paid for a reserved/sold bunny, and paid for a bunny from another state is also not subject to a refund. ****We reserve the right to refuse sale to ANYONE.
Transport/Delivery: Aurora Dream Rabbitry offers delivery to your home with a purchase minimum of $250 plus the delivery fee of $50 and up. Buyer may make plans with Seller to meet at a reasonable pickup location near Seller’s hometown, OR Buyer can arrange delivery for an extra fee, depending upon location. If Buyer is over 2 hours away, professional Rabbit transport service may possibly be available. Buyer is responsible for professional transport fees, speaking with Transport Professional, and scheduling delivery of said rabbit(s), not Aurora Dream Rabbitry. Please understand, delivery isn’t always available. Plan ahead, and be prepared to pick up your rabbit(s) from us. Health guarantee is void for any rabbit that has been transported by 3rd party. Transport at your own risk.*
We will not be held accountable for ANY veterinary/medical expenses. We will not be held for ANY gas or uber/lyft (delivery) expenses. It is your duty to drive to us to bring back or pickup a bunny. We do not ship or deliver any bunnies that have not been seen! We can't guarantee the fertility, weight, award winning bunny at the fair or personality of bunny. It's up to the buyer to interact and meet with the bunny and make the decision for yourself. There will be absolutely NO refunds under any circumstances. We are not responsible for the temperament of the bunny and interaction after it's left the rabbitry. Also, buyer is responsible for checking the overall health and examination of the bunny. We strongly suggest people interact with the rabbits prior to placing a deposit. Any signs of health or temperament issues should be established at the time of sale. We do not sell aggressive rabbits.
We will never knowingly sell a rabbit with an illness or defect. Health is extremely important to us, as is the satisfaction of our bunny owners. It is the responsibility of the buyer to inspect the rabbit at the time of sale.
If your rabbit becomes ill within 24 hours of purchase, I will take back the rabbit and replace with a similar rabbit, which may take up to 6 months. I am not responsible for any vet fees. If the rabbit has become ill due to neglect, abuse, heatstroke, mishandling, or something out of my control, I will not replace the rabbit. It is hard to guarantee health of a baby rabbit, as it is exposed to many things out of my control once it leaves my care. I encourage you to inspect the rabbit before taking it home.
If the unfortunate event occurs that your new bunny passes away due to genetic or health reasons, WITHIN THE FIRST 24 HOURS OF OWNING THIS RABBIT, we will issue a replacement rabbit of equal value (if available AT THE TIME) upon return of the rabbit. This does not include accidents (e.g. dog attack, falling down stairs, etc.) or anything that is not a health condition the rabbit left our home with. We may chose to have an autopsy performed; this replacement is subject to the procedure to confirm that the rabbit indeed passed due to genetic defects or an illness that the rabbit carried upon leaving our care. Any other incidence will not warrant a replacement rabbit.
At 3-4 weeks old, and again at 7 weeks we sex the rabbits and sometimes, mistakes can be made. Buyer(s) are encouraged to check gender at the time of purchase and before taking new bunny home. No refunds or exchanges on bunnies because of the wrong sex. No rabbit will be sold under 8 weeks of age! No exceptions!
If the rabbit is not being purchased for breeding, we highly encourage you to spay or neuter your rabbit.
We won't sell to anybody who's under the age of 18 years old, unless accompanied by an adult who will be committed to the rabbit's care and well-being. As a parent or guardian of child, you are fully responsible for the care and well-being of the rabbit. As well as the supervision of the bunny with your pets, children among others. NO refunds will be given for accidents! I reserve the right to modify sales terms and policy at any given time as I see it necessary.
*"I can't keep my rabbit/Surrender Policy-If there is a time in the rabbit(s) life that you cannot care for him/her any longer, please notify me immediately! DO NOT SURRENDER TO SHELTER!! There are already too many unwanted rabbits at shelters and rescues because of irresponsible owners, backyard breeders, and uninformed owners that adopt from GOOD, responsible breeders. I will take back the Lionhead at anytime in it's life, if you cannot care for it OR I will assist in finding a good, responsible, forever home for the bunny. I will not refund you, or pay you for surrendering the rabbit. But, I WILL find a great home, and do my best to assist you.
